Removal of 20 wood frame townhomes, including: 6 one-bedroom units 8 three-bedroom units Additional Tasks: Capping services Managing and disposing of demolition debris Removal of hazardous materials Coordinating any salvation cabinetry with site management. Final Cleanup: Ensuring the site is cleared and safe for any subsequent work or use. Permits: Securing all necessary permits for demolition and waste management Waste Management: Proper handling and disposal of all materials, including hazardous waste Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:Your submission MUST be submitted electronically through BC Bid.
