Exterior walls: Removal and replacement of cladding, sheathing membrane, sheathing, batt insulation. Addition of semi-rigid outboard insulation to improve thermal performance.  Windows and doors: removal and replacement of all windows and doors with new energy-efficient windows and doors. Installation of new deck sheathing and deck membrane. Removal and replacement of deck railings. Application of foundation waterproofing membrane. Landscaping work around the building perimeter and application of foundation. Timeframe: The expected duration of the project is Nov 21st, 2024 – Mar 21st, 2025 approximately 4 months for the main scope of work. Another 1 to 2 months should be added for each separate price item. Mobilization date: 3 weeks after issue of notice to proceed.
