Description
Project Description:The Scope of Work located at Dr.Helmcken Memorial Hospital (DHH) in Clearwater, BC, comprises of the demolition of the existing outdoor chiller that provides the hospital cooling. It is currently located in a fenced-in area on site beside the existing site generator, outdoor maintenance storage, and propane storage tanks. An addition of a 4-pipe heat pump to provide primary heating and cooling on the Hospital site, and associated pumps, buffer tanks and components installed within a tempered outdoor enclosure. Connecting into the existing cooling, heating and electrical plants with associated mechanical equipment replacements and additions. Existing chiller shall be removed.
