Purchase of software and technical support for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education
Extension of the period of validity and support for ESET Endpoint Security Business licenses, which the Ordering Party is entitled to, valid until 15.12.2020 - 1,000 licenses, for the next 3 years, starting from 15.12.2020. 1. Granting 7 new perpetual licenses, with manufacturer's support for the period of 3 years, for Netbackup Platform Base Complete ED with Flexible Licensing Xplat 1 Front End TB Plus Onpremise Standard Perpetual License Gov;2. extension for a period of 3 years of manufacturer's support for 4 perpetual usufruct licenses held by the Ordering Party, for Netbackup Platform Base Complete ED with Flexible Licensing Xplat 1 Front End TB Plus Onpremise Standard Perpetual License Gov;3. extension for a period of 3 years of manufacturer's support for 3 perpetual usufruct licenses held by the Ordering Party, for Netbackup Platform Base Complete ED Xplat 1 Front End TB Onpremise Standard Perpetual License Gov. Extension by the Contractor of the term and manufacturer support for Checkpoint's licenses for account no. 8227104 and their renewal for 3 years from 10.12.2020.1. Checkpoint's product specifications for account no. 8227104 required for renewal include: 1) CPSB-DLP-L;2) CPSB-EVS-COMP-25;3) CPSB-NGTX-6500-TURBO-BUN;4) CPSB-NGTX-SBTE250X;5) CPCES-CO-Premium (Collaborative Enterprise Support - Premium);6) CPCES-CO-Premium-ADD.2Ordering Party's requirements concerning technical support provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must provide the following range of services by specialists with current CheckPoint certifications:1) Maintaining the CheckPoint environment (System Firewall)a) providing an SLA for the entire Firewall System:- response time: 4 h,- time of removing the failure or finding a bypass: 1 working day;b) updates/watch the Firewall system:- at least 2 times a year;c) audit of Best Practices Assessment:- at least 1 in a year;d) active monitoring of elements constituting the Firewall system;e) current response to errors/faults;f) escalation of technical problems / errors in software to the manufacturer;g) execution of basic maintenance procedures (capacity management, monitoring of service parameters, supervision over the archiving process, monitoring of licenses, etc.), as well as the implementation of the system's maintenance procedures.2) Development services for the Firewall system: a) informing about new functions and vulnerabilities; b) proposing changes in the configuration in order to increase the security of the system; c) implementing the recommendations of the Best Practices Assessment audit. The above services for the Firewall system must be provided remotely or at the Customer's premises, up to 16 hours a month.
