Description

The award procedure will be conducted as a two-stage negotiated procedure with prior publication in the upper threshold range in accordance with the provisions of the BVergG 2018 for the conclusion of a framework agreement. The framework agreement shall enter into force upon its conclusion and shall expire 4 years after the conclusion of the framework agreement. The services put out to tender are services pursuant to CPV codes 72000000-5: IT services: Consulting, software development, internet and assistance, 72200000-7: Software programming and consulting, 72210000-0: Programming of software packages, 72230000-6: Custom software development, 72260000-5: Services related to software; 72268000-1: Provision of software.
