Description

The Bank of Jamaica invites suitably qualified firms to submit quotations for the supply, implementation, and commissioning of an off-the-shelf with minimal customization enterprise IT service management application.

Bidders must provide proof that they are either the proprietors of the proposed solution or authorized partners of the solution proprietors with the ability to supply, implement, commission, and provide long term after- sales service and technical support 24 a day, 7 days a week.

The project aims to enhance the efficiency, responsiveness, and user experience of the existing helpdesk process.

The current system, while functional, requires modernization to meet the evolving needs of the bank and its stakeholders. This upgrade will leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to ensure a seamless and secure support environment.
