IT.NRW provides the central Blackberry infrastructure (Blackberry router) for the offices of the state of NRW. Where necessary, the departments themselves operate BES or UEM servers and manage the licenses for the end devices there. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to invite tenders for a framework agreement for the temporary provision of Blackberry licenses as well as the maintenance and support of the Blackberry infrastructure in the offices of the state of NRW. The basis for this is the manufacturer's price list; a discount rate on the net prices is offered. The discount rate offered must be entered in the "Prices" section. The manufacturer's price list valid and current at the time of tender submission must be submitted together with the tender for verification purposes. In addition to licenses and support, training days are also required, which are covered by the "Professional Services Consulting per Day" items in the manufacturer's price list.
