Germany - IT management consulting

Description

In order to meet the current challenges facing KfW's IT (including regulatory requirements, digitalization and technological innovation, IT architecture and architecture management, IT security) in a qualified manner and to ensure the implementation of the corresponding requirements, KfW requires external services (consulting services) in the following strategic IT areas:

- IT strategy (including demand management, IT organizational structure and IT processes, digitalization, positioning of the IT function within KfW, IT transformation, IT sourcing)
- IT compliance (including risk management, stability, security)
- IT architecture and architecture management (including development plans, development of architectural target images, enterprise architecture management (EAM))
- Digitalization (including new technologies (e.g. GenAI), DevSecOps, BDAI, cloud technology, security and stability requirements)
- IT controlling/cost management (e.g. cost growth, cost path, cost efficiencies)
- IT security (including IT security architecture and management, regulatory compliance).

KfW estimates the maximum order volume of this framework agreement at 20,000 working days.
