Israel's fourth largest cheese producer is looking to source kosher cheddar cheese from manufacturers in the UK. The initial order will probably be for one container, depending on negotiations between both parties.

The Israeli dairy:

- is the #1 brand in Israel for premium Kosher cheese products such as ricotta, mozzarella, feta, sheep and goat cheese, Syrian cheese (Hallumi)
- is a leading food service manufacturer servicing more than 70% of the food industry market
- has increased its market share by double digits in the last 5 years
- has over 200 employees and 60 exclusive area managers
- has its own distribution capacity reaching over 3,500 points of sale across Israel, including retail grocery chains and privately owned hotels, restaurants, cafés and pizzerias
