Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm writing out the following performance:
The Office Usedom-Süd is an administrative community with 15 independent communities, a special purpose association for schools and 4 special funds for urban development. Thus, 21 households with a population of approx. 11,500 are managed.
Infoma's New System software has been in use since 01.01.2017. In 2016 the financial system was switched from C.I.P. to New System.
The dataset from the legacy procedure C.I.P. has not been converted correctly. The database 2017,2018 and 2019 from current operations is also incorrect.
It is therefore necessary to take into account a not inconsiderable effort for the adjustment of the data to be transferred.
The service will be put out to tender: Conversion of the financial system retroactively from 01.01.2017 with initial balance sheet 01.01.2017 and with conversion, cleansing and transfer of all Infoma databases (master data and transaction data) 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 up to the mid-year conversion vss. to 01.08.2020. Our administration must be put in a position to catch up on these annual financial statements in your system. Please include with your quotation a reference list of all administrations that you have migrated from Infoma New System to your system. The offer period ends on 20.12.2019.
