GOVERNMENT ACQUISITION CENTER (GAC)

The Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (CAG) is a legal person established under the Government Procurement Centre Act (RLRQ, chapter C-7.01), having its head office at 150, boulevard René-Lévesque Est, Québec (Québec), G1R 2B2, acting as mandatary of the Designated Establishments of the Province of Québec and of the Paying Agent, but not personally liable to third parties. Each establishment is individually bound by the contract that may result from this call for tenders.

SUBJECT

The CAG is requesting tenders for the conclusion of a supply contract for the purpose of retaining services for an Insulin Pump Access Program implemented by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux (MSSS) for pediatric clientele, including the supply of Goods and Consumables as well as an ongoing support and follow-up program to ensure optimal use of the Goods for Patients.

CONTRACT DURATION AND DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS

The Contract provides for a total duration of 60 months

From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029, including two renewal periods and a transition period, if applicable.
Renewal options : Two one-year options, from January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028 and from January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029.

The Government Procurement Centre does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids, or to carry out the subject matter of the call for tenders in whole or in part.

SURETTES

The Government Procurement Centre does not require bid bonds.

The Government Procurement Centre does not require performance bonds.

Submission of bids

The Bid must be completed online on the (AOS) Appel d'Offres Santé website https://appeloffres.ca/ of the Government Procurement Centre. Only Bids whose final submission has been made on AOS will be considered.

-Unregistered bidders must follow the instructions in the "Registration" menu at https://appeloffres.ca/ to obtain access or registration details.

A virtual information session is scheduled for November 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on the TEAMS platform.

Each representative delegated by the BIDDER to attend the virtual information session must send his or her e-mail address to the following address no later than November 13, 2024, to the attention of Ms. Joanie Gélinas: joanie.gelinas@gouv.qc.ca. An invitation containing the Teams link will then be sent by e-mail to enable the candidate to connect to the virtual meeting.
