Room ventilation technology: In addition to the possibility of natural ventilation and exhaust via windows, mechanical room ventilation is provided for medium air quality for the office usable areas as well as for internal ancillary areas (orientation IDA 2 according to EN 13779, ventilation value/ fresh air proportion approx. 40 m3/person/h).The units are installed in the existing attic room directly above the extension area, where previously existing ventilation systems and ducts are dismantled to the necessary extent. The conditioned supply air is supplied to the room areas via volume flow controllers, sound dampers and fire dampers arranged at the required points. The air ducting for ZL / ABL in the office area is concealed above the suspended ceilings to the ceiling integrated perforated sheet metal elements of the ceiling manufacturer. A combined supply and exhaust air unit with integrated heat recovery unit and reversible heat pump technology with an air output of 3,000 m3/h is used.The exhaust air of the WC facilities is realized by the renewal of the central duct fan with 500 m3/h in the attic, which is also responsible for the WC facilities of the floors EG to 4th floor. In the WC rooms the exhaust takes place via disc valves. Building automation: The principles for energy-efficient, low-maintenance and cost-effective operation of technical building systems have been taken into account in the GA concept. an automation device takes over the operation of the technical systems and the recording of operating and fault messages, measured and counted values as well as the output of positioning and switching commands, operational control and automatic or manual operational control. The tender comprises field devices, automation devices (DDC, ISP, BACnet), power modules with associated control cabinet systems, cables/wires with guide means as well as services for project planning, programming, commissioning, etc. Essentially, the following services are to be offered:1 pc. Automation device for 1 pc. ISP approx. 2 000 m installation cable for transmission networks in various qualities and cross-sections.
