France - Installation of a BMS in Inria's Building A, in line with the existing system, and achievement of objectives linked to the tertiary sector and BACS decrees for the existing BMS in Buildings B and C.

Description

The purpose of the consultation is to install a BMS in INRIA's Building A, in line with the existing system, and to meet the objectives of the tertiary sector and BACS decrees for the existing BMS in Buildings B and C.

The Inria Center at the University of Lille comprises three (3) buildings: 2 buildings (buildings A and B, separated by a street) located in Villeneuve d'Ascq within the Haute Borne zone, and 1 building (building C) located in Lille at the heart of the EuraTechnologies innovation cluster.

Here are the addresses of the 3 buildings: Building A at Parc Scientifique de la Haute Borne - 40 avenue Halley - 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq; Building B at Parc Scientifique de la Haute Borne - 6 rue Héloïse - 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq; Building C at 170 - 172 Avenue de Bretagne - 59000 Lille.

Most of the work will be carried out in Building A at Parc Scientifique de la Haute Borne - 40 avenue Halley - 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq.
