The client hereby invites tenders for the provision and use of software for case management of dental treatments including implementation and data migration as well as related support, maintenance, development, maintenance and training services.
The BundesInnungskrankenkasse Gesundheit - BIG direkt gesund for short - is Germany's first statutory direct health insurance fund and is open nationwide. BIG was founded in 1996 by the Federal Guild of Hearing Aid Acousticians. BIG currently serves around 514,000 insured people across Germany (as of December 2022). Like all statutory health insurance funds, BIG is a public corporation. More than 960 employees work at the head office in Dortmund, the legal headquarters in Berlin and the customer centers. As an IKK regional association, BIG also represents the interests of those insured by the guild health insurance funds in Berlin. In this context, it performs numerous tasks of representation of interested parties, either alone or together with the associations of local, substitute and company health insurance funds.Against the background of the expiry of the current agreement, BIG direkt gesund invites tenders for software for dental application and billing processing in the award procedure "Software for dental treatment" for the following years.The scope of services is divided into the following areas:- Provision and use of software for case management of dental treatments incl. implementation and data migration- Implementation of the software for case management of dental treatments incl. implementation and data migration- Implementation of the software for case management of dental treatments incl. implementation and data migration Implementation and data migration- Implementation of the electronic application and approval procedure (EBZ) by means of the communication service KIM (Kommunikation im Medizinwesen)- Technical support for the processing of service applications and invoices as well as staff training- Software maintenance and development- Support and maintenanceThe contract is awarded for a period of 2 years, with the option of two extensions of 1 year each by the client. Start of performance is 02.01.2024.
