Detailed description of the machine tool is specified in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. 4.The offered subject of the order shall: 1) be made of materials approved for marketing and use, for which a certificate of safety mark or certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity with a relevant standard or technical approval has been issued,2) be fit for use, in accordance with their function and purpose, immediately after delivery.As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide for unpacking from packaging, unloading from the means of transport and transporting (introducing) machines to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party - User of the Mechanical and Energy Schools in Olsztyn, and then their installation in the building, as well as removal and disposal of any waste and impurities resulting from these activities.Note: To transport machines to the building it may be necessary to prepare a temporary ramp - after checking the level of floors of the building and the ground near the building.All machinery must be in place:1) brand new and of the highest quality, and additionally compliant with all requirements of the Ordering Party, free from technical and legal defects,2) not used, not being the subject of exhibitions or presentations, not previously used by another user - this also applies to all components, equipment, accessories,3) it is not necessary to purchase additional elements and accessories in order to start up and use them in accordance with their intended use,4) it is allowed and introduced to the market and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the applicable regulations,5) it is consistent with the offer, which will constitute an integral part of the agreement, and will be characterised by all criteria and technical parameters presented in the Description of the subject of the Order.All didactic devices and equipment (more than one piece/set) covered by the contract must be of the same type and model. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of a resistance furnace and a kiln for firing after painting.
