In the course of this procurement project, the client intends to rent standardized output and software systems, including a service and maintenance contract with on-site maintenance.

The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery, installation and operational readiness of brand-new output systems from a manufacturer for printing, copying, faxing and scanning services, as well as the automated supply of original consumables from the manufacturer and on-site servicing of the hardware and software solutions at the respective installation locations.
The client shall tender the services in the form of a rental agreement for the hardware and software components, as well as a cause-based page price concept for 60 months plus an optional extension for a further 2 x 12 months. The contractor must dismantle and take away all old installed printers, faxes and multifunctional devices in the course of this project when the new systems are rolled out.
