Description
In preparation for the termination of former mining areas from mining supervision, line objects are to be completely cleared. The aim of the framework agreement is the complete clearance of all former mining facilities/structures and foreign matter present on the areas.
The specified areas are to be walked to locate deposits and to collect waste. Existing mining facilities/structures must be dismantled. A collection point must be set up in the area of the former Greifenhain main workshop for the waste found\/collected\/deconstructed.
The waste found\/collected\/deconstructed waste must be transported to the former main workshop in Greifenhain and separated there and, if necessary, shredded to a size suitable for acceptance. In the case of larger quantities of waste, the client reserves the right to dispose of the waste in a professional manner directly from the point of origin without first transporting it to the collection point in the area of the former Greifenhain main workshop.
Former sites of former mining facilities\/structures must be sampled and the contamination-free reports prepared. In this regard, the contractor must prepare a site-specific sampling concept and submit it to the client. After confirmation of this site-specific sampling concept by the client, the corresponding sampling must be carried out by the contractor and a site-specific contamination-free report prepared. Appropriate remediation strategies must be drawn up for any contamination detected and implemented in the report. The client shall review this remediation strategy and, if necessary, provide comments\/notes to be incorporated by the contractor. Depending on the scope of the remediation strategy, the client reserves the right to have the necessary remediation strategy implemented by the contractor as part of this\/tender\/contract. The relevant order shall be placed in writing by the client with the contractor.
