In order to tackle climate change as a global problem, action must be taken at a local level. The city of Teltow is also facing up to this challenge. A climate protection concept was drawn up back in 2010 and updated in 2017. After another 7 years, this process is now being continued chronologically. Instead of a new update, however, a "Transformation plan: Climate-neutral Teltow 2045" is to be developed. The action plan is intended to show What or which measures does the city of Teltow need to take in order to achieve climate neutrality by 2045 at the latest? The measures are to be developed by looking at the target (backwards). The reduction pathway determined in this way has the interim target of 2030 ("Fit for 55") and ends with the legally prescribed climate neutrality by 2045 at the latest.
