Description

Hamburg's 105th district is to be built on around 118 hectares in Oberbillwerder in the Bergedorf district. The master plan developed on behalf of IBA Hamburg GmbH envisages the creation of around 7,000 residential units in 5 districts under the guiding principle of the "Connected City for the city of tomorrow". A sustainable and comfortable mobility concept is intended to achieve a low share of motorized private transport (MIT) of 20 percent of total traffic in the long term. In addition to an attractive public transport system, Oberbillwerder is therefore to be very well integrated into an efficient cycling network and linked to the neighboring districts of Neuallermöhe and Bergedorf-West via attractive footpath connections. The external development of the new district for motor vehicles will essentially take the form of a western link via Mittlerer Landweg with a connection to the A25 motorway, a south-eastern link with a motor vehicle tunnel to cross a railroad embankment with a connection to Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg and a north-eastern link with a connection to the B5. A pedestrian tunnel to the west of the existing Allermöhe S-Bahn station is also planned as part of the external development. ReGe has concluded an agency agreement with the Authority for Transport and Mobility Turnaround (BVM) for the project management (project control, project management) for the planning, approval and construction implementation of the structural structures of the motor vehicle tunnel (EÜ-Ost) and pedestrian tunnel (EÜ-West) as well as other measures, and is requesting specialist consulting and support services for the technical handling of engineering and track construction measures by DB AG as part of this tender. Essentially, these are: - Identification of planning deficits, quality assurance of design and approval planning (stage 1) - Identification of planning deficits, quality assurance of tendering and execution planning (stage 2) - Identification of planning and approval risks/opportunities and preparation of countermeasures or recommendations for action (stage 1) - Identification of tendering and execution risks/opportunities and preparation of countermeasures or recommendations for action (stage 2)- Participation in planning meetings (across all stages)
