The Municipality of Rancagua, hereinafter also the "Municipality" or the "Municipality", in accordance with the powers conferred by Law No. 18,695 Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, and those contained in Law No. 19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by D.S. No. 250, of 2004, develops this administrative procedure of a competitive nature, calling for a Public Bidding for the contracting of works for "IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC SPACES ON CUADRAGUA STREET, RANCAGUA STREET, RANCAGUA STREET". No. 250, of 2004, develops the present administrative procedure of a competitive nature, calling for a Public Bidding for the contracting of works of "IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC SPACES, CUADRA STREET, RANCAGUA", which will be developed according to the present Administrative Bases, Technical Specifications, response to consultations and clarifications, if any, together with the other antecedents that comprise it, which are understood to be an integral part of the Contract to be signed between the Municipality and the awarded Contractor.
