Chile - Improvement OF the coihue village field in the negrete community

Description

The purpose of the bidding carried out according to the present administrative bases is to select and hire, through public bidding, a contractor for the "IMPROVEMENT OF VILLA COIHUE FIELD, NEGRETE COMMUNITY".
The locality of Coihue is an urban sector of the commune of Negrete that converge 5 rural sectors additionally which are: Santa Amelia, El Consuelo, El Sauce, La Suerte and La Capilla. This locality is characterized by the need to practice sports throughout the year, either recreationally, formative or competitive, where currently the demand of the sector is not satisfied due to the lack of adequate infrastructure and places that allow the practice of sports.
The construction of a 13,242 square meter project is considered, with a synthetic grass field of 100 x 64 meters, with a 2 meter counter court, a ticket office at the main entrance, dressing rooms and restrooms. The project includes sports equipment and closures, as well as north and south bleachers in metal structure, lighting, parking lots and pavements for vehicles and pedestrians.
The above, according to the investment initiative IDI of the national investment system SNI and the Ministry of Social Development and the technical recommendation certificate of the pre-investment unit of the Regional Government.
