Description
The project seeks to increase the quality of life of the inhabitants and visitors of the 27 de Febrero neighborhood by improving the multi-purpose sports field located in the sector. Having an appropriate sports space allows the inhabitants of the sector to develop diverse sports activities, which can be carried out by all the people who live in or visit the sector. Specifically, there are a total of 260 people, 125 men and 135 women. Of the aforementioned total, 70 are children between the ages of 1 and 12, the latter being the most benefited by this initiative.
A. The following are improved
1- Improvement of the Multicancha, demolition of the existing court for new projection of 527 M2 with Epoxy paint with finishing of radier.
2- Construction of retaining wall which considers the demolition of the existing retaining wall, for the projection of a new retaining wall, which structurally supports and contains the weight of the projected multi-pitch.
3- Replacement of the multi-pitch perimeter fence: this includes the demolition and construction of a new perimeter fence, for a total of approximately 96.4 linear meters.
4- Installation of Urban Furniture: the installation of 1 accessible bench is considered.
5- Improvement of Existing Lighting: it is considered the replacement of the existing lighting, considering 4 lighting poles for the multi-pitch.
6- In general, approximately 604.05 M2 will be intervened, a useful life of 20 years is contemplated and its execution modality will be through public bidding.
