REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)RFP #23-82-INFHVAC Upgrade Civic BuildingsDate of Issue: October 19, 2023Invitation to ProponentsThis Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of HVAC Replacement Consulting Services, as further described in the Part A: The Services.  Complete a detailed assessment of the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the following buildings, including recommendations for improvements. Design and implementation of recommended improvements for which the City has available funding, including plans, drawings, and specifications. Construction services to assist the City in hiring a qualified contractor, overseeing installation, commissioning, and the completion of record drawings and manuals.
