Description

Open procedure pursuant to Art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended and supplemented. The purpose of the contract is to entrust the management service of the university residences located in Naples and Aversa. The service has a duration of 48 months from the start date renewable for an additional 24 months. The tender was announced by Decree of the Director General of ADiSURC No. 834/67/CRA1 dated July 26, 2022. Legislative Decree No. 50 of 18.04.2016, as amended and supplemented, as well as other laws and regulations expressly referred to in the specifications or otherwise applicable to the services covered by the tender, shall apply.
The contract consists of a single lot in view of the homogeneity of the services required and the efficiency resulting from the management of a single contract. The subdivision into lots is made, in fact, impractical since more than 90 percent of the services are to be provided at facilities a located in the municipality of Naples. Management of the university residences includes the following services: Reception, reception and custodial concierge service, replaced by the custodial and security service in case of closure of the Residence; "Remote patrol and video surveillance" service; Cleaning, sanitizing and pest control service; Rental supply and linen washing service; Small maintenance service.To be carried out at the following locations: Residenza L'Orientale, in Via Brin 65c/67 Naples (NA), for a total of 144 lodging places; Residenza Parthenope, in Via Galileo Ferraris 273 Naples (NA), for a total of 180 lodging places; Residenza Aversa (currently inactive), in Via Castello nr. 24 Aversa (CE), for a total of no. 46 lodging places; Residenza Paolella (currently not active), in Via Tansillo 28 Naples (NA) , for a total of no. 94 lodging places; Residenza De Amicis (currently not active), in Via Tommaso De Amicis, 111 Naples NA, for a total of no. 114 lodging places.
