The mission of the École nationale de police du Québec is to ensure the relevance, quality and coherence of police training, by acting as a focal point for reflection and integration of police training activities. The School is the exclusive provider of initial training for police personnel in patrol-gendarmerie, investigation and police management practices. The School also offers professional development activities and conducts training-oriented research.

Purpose

The École nationale de police du Québec is seeking bids for housekeeping services (labour only) to be performed at 350 Marguerite-d'Youville and 1055 Édouard-Beaulac in Nicolet.

Contract duration

The contract is for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of two (2) extension periods of one year each. The period covered by the initial contract is from January 1 to December 31, 2025.

Tender guarantee

No bid security is required.

Optional site visit

Before submitting its Bid, the TENDER may visit the site where the Contract is to be performed. This visit is optional and is not a prerequisite for submitting a bid.

For this purpose, the SUBMITTER must make an appointment with the File Manager.

Submission and opening of bids

Tenderers must meet all the requirements of the tender documents and ensure that they have read and understood all the clauses. In addition, to be validly received, a bid must be deposited or mailed in a sealed envelope to the attention of Ms. Nathalie Pépin at the School's Reception Office located at 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street in Nicolet J3T 1X4, by Monday, November 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., the date and time set for the bid opening. The School does not undertake to accept any of the offers submitted, even the most advantageous compliant offer.
