Description
The Ville de Saint-Sauveur is requesting public tenders for the collection, transportation and disposal of household hazardous waste (HHW) collected at its ecocenter located at 2135, chemin Jean-Adam, in Saint-Sauveur, for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
Bids must be submitted in one original and on a USB key, and must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of the bid, issued by an authorized insurance company and valid for a period of ninety (90) days, or a certified cheque equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of the bid.
If bid security is in the form of a bond, the bid must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking stipulating that a performance bond and a contractor's obligation bond for wages, materials and services will be granted to the bidder.
Individuals and companies interested in this contract may obtain bid documents from the Système électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO), starting October 30, 2024. For the purposes of consultation on the SEAO, the documents will be listed under the "Environmental Services" category, and may be searched using the following keywords: "residues, domestic, hazardous, ecocenter".
