Description
Notice to all Food Industry Companies: The House of Representatives is looking for a variety of vendors including but not limited to local, regional, and national restaurants, caterers, and vending service providers to meet the food service needs of the House. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and supporting documents are located on Doing Business with the House, which outline the food service opportunities available. You can bid on one, some, or all locations, depending on your interest and capabilities.
A pre-proposal conference will held on November 13th. This will be a great chance to learn more about our expectations and ask any questions. Additionally, site walk(s) will be held on November 19th, allowing vendors to tour our campus and food service facilities.
Proposals are due no later than Friday, January 31, 2025, at 2:00PM EST, unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation. Offerors should complete all applicable fields that are on page 1 of the RFP document and submit all other required information as outlined in the RFP.
All documents and additional information regarding this solicitation is located at: https://www.house.gov/doing-business-with-the-house, under the "Current Solicitations" section.
