Tender for Procurement of Desktop PCs and Telephone Line Recorder
HBFC invites sealed bids from reputed companies / vendors for the procurement Desktop PCs and Telephone Line Recorder.
Bids will be evaluated according to of Rule 36 (a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 i.e., ?Single stage-one envelope procedure?. Bidding documents containing Technical Specifications and Mandatory Criteria etc. can be downloaded from HBFC website i.e., www.hbfc.com.pk. This IFB is also available at PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.

Bid Opening Date and Time: September 23, 2024 11:30 am
Bid Security: 02% Bid Security along with their bid in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of HBFC
Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at address given below on or before the date and time cited above. Proposals will be opened on same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders, representatives (who choose to attend). In case of any holiday, bids will be opened on next working day.
HBFC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules (PPR-2004).
