The Norwegian Building Authority (Norwegian abbreviation DiBK) shall enter into a framework agreement for conference services in Oslo or the surrounding area of Gardermoen airport. The agreement comprises hotel and conference services for the Authority’s annual conference ‘Tilsynsdagen og Byggesaksdagene’.
The Norwegian Building Authority (Norwegian abbreviation DiBK) shall enter into a framework agreement for conference services in Oslo or the surrounding area of Gardermoen airport. The agreement comprises hotel and conference services for the Authority’s annual conference ‘Tilsynsdagen og Byggesaksdagene’.ByggesaksdageneByggesaksdagene is the Authority’s most important meeting place with building matters officers in the municipalities. The Authority aims to arrange a conference of high professional quality. Byggesaksdagene shall be a meeting place for exchanging knowledge and experience between the participants.The conference goes over two days and shall be:— held in the period from 21 October to 20 November in 2022 and 2023,— primarily be arranged during the weekdays Tuesday to Friday. We will also consider Thursday to Friday as a secondary option.Implementation:Day 1: To be concluded in plenum in the Hotel's conference wing from 9.00 to 17.00. In this period a professional trade fair shall also be held with 10-20 small stands. The day will concluded with a banquet and entertainment from approx. 19.00 to midnight.Day 1: To be concluded in plenum in the Hotel's conference wing from 9.00 to 16.00.The tender must include:— a day package with overnight stay,— a day package without overnight stay,— a conference premises for up to 600 guests in a class set up,— banquet for up to 500 guests in a common premise,— Overnight stay for up to 500 guests.TilsynsdagenTilsynsdagen must be arranged the day before Byggesaksdagene. The conference has up to 250 participants Several of the participants shall participate in both conferences.Implementation:The conference shall be concluded in plenum in the Hotel's conference wing from 9.00 to 17.00.The day will concluded with a banquet and entertainment from approx. 19.00 to midnight.The tender must include:— a day package with overnight stay,— a day package without overnight stay,— conference premises for up to 250 guests in a class set up,— banquet for up to 200 guests in a common room,— overnight stay for up to 200 guests.Major emphasis will be placed on good accessibility with public transport.The expected duration of the agreement is 2 years, with an option on 1 year + 1 year.
