Construction works of the task entitled "Rebuilding and renovation of rooms on the sixth floor, eastern wing of block A1 for the needs of the Clinic of Gastroenterology in the St. Hedwig Królowa Clinical Regional Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów, implemented under the project entitled "Improvement of quality and access to medical services in the St. Hedwig Królowa Clinical Regional Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów". The detailed scope of works being the subject of the contract is specified by: task design documentation, Terms of Reference, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, and the quantities of works which are only auxiliary material. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts, referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar works in relation to the works being the subject of the contract, constituting not more than 50% of the gross value of the basic contract. The contract shall be awarded on condition that the Contracting Authority has the necessary funds and, in particular, the following conditions are met:1. the Contractor executed the contract on time and with the utmost care.2. the Contractor shall ensure no worse standard of performance of a new contract than the basic one.3. the Contractor shall accept the essential conditions of the existing contract, as well as the parties as a result of negotiations shall agree on the remuneration and deadline for performance of such contract.4. the nature of works shall not differ from the basic contract.5. the scope of works of a similar nature will be duly justified.
