Media Organisation to Produce & Telecast TV Show

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) intends to engage/hire a Media Organization to Produce and Telecast TV Show under Prime Minister?s National Innovation Award of Prime Minister?s Youth Programme.

Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed and experienced parties having NTN, General Sales Tax (GST), registration with Income Tax Department and Active Taxpayer Status of Federal Board of Revenue. They should also have adequate infrastructure and suitable arrangements, especially in Islamabad.

Interested Media Firm / Company / Agency / Organisation may download the Tender Documents from the HEC website www.hec.gov.pk as well as PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk and EPADS https://eprocure.gov.pk/. An amount of Rs.1,000/-(non-refundable) as Tender Documents fee is required to be deposited in HEC Account No. 17427900133401, Habib Bank, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad. The tender is being executed under PPRA Rule 36(b). Bid Security amounting to Rs. 1,000,000/- in favor of Director Accounts-HEC must be attached with the Technical Proposal.

The Bids must be submitted via PPRA ? EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal. It is also mandatory to submit physical bid at the office of Project Director (PMNIA), R&ID Division, H9, Higher Education Commission by 13:30 hours on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Failure to fulfill either of these requirements will result in disqualification from the tender process.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours at the HEC Auditorium Block, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the PPRA Rules 2004.
