The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides provides services throughout the region, in the following eight regional county municipalities (MRCs): Antoine-Labelle, Laurentides, Pays-d'en-Haut, Rivière-du-Nord, Thérèse-De Blainville, Deux Montagnes, Mirabel and Argenteuil: Antoine-Labelle, Laurentides, Pays-d'en-Haut, Rivière-du-Nord, Thérèse-De Blainville, Deux Montagnes, Mirabel and Argenteuil. Created since April 1, 2015, the CISSS des Laurentides is the result of the merger of 12 establishments, including the CSSSs, youth center and rehabilitation centers in the Laurentides region.
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux des Laurentides (CISSS des Laurentides) wishes to solicit markets, in order to award a supply contract for 235CM HEMOSTATIC PINCE for the endoscopy department.
The contract is for a period of 6 months + 6 months renewal from the date of award.
All requirements are firm. If the BIDDER is unable to comply with any of these requirements, it would be advisable to contact the file manager to check whether an alternative is possible by issuing an Addendum.
The call for tenders and, consequently, the contract are subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The deadline for receipt of complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) is November 13, 2024.

Please enter through this door, the first door on your right is the Ambulatory clinic, where you must deposit your bid. A person will then receive your bid. If you wish to attend the opening, you must wait for the person in charge of the file who will pick up your bid a few minutes before the opening.
