THE PUBLIC BODY DECLARES THE FOLLOWING:
SANTÉ-QUÉBEC - CISSSMC wishes to acquire OPTILAB - Grappe Montérégie automated hematology analyzers with staining units for the hematology departments of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital (HVS) and the Honoré-Mercier Hospital (HMM). Installation of the equipment is scheduled for April 2027 for Hôpital Vaudreuil-Soulanges (HVS) and September 2027 for Hôpital Honoré-Mercier.

In this context, SANTÉ-QUÉBEC - CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre would like to inform you that the detailed description of requirements can be found in the call for tenders documents published for this purpose.
Delivery site(s): Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital (under construction) and Honoré-Mercier Hospital

Obtaining tender documents: Tender documents can only be obtained via Seao's electronic system.
Electronic bids: Bidders may submit their bids via the SEAO electronic system.
Receipt and opening of bids
BIDDERS must obtain the documents transmitted via SEAO. To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to the file manager and received no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2025. The time of receipt is deemed to be that of the bid office clock.
Considering that the opening of tenders cannot be done in person, the opening is done by the transmission of a Team link to all bidders having ordered the documents through SEAO.
Receipt of complaints: December 27, 2024 is the deadline for receipt of complaints.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the Bids received under the Invitation to Tender.
