Description

The purpose of the contract to be concluded following the proceedings initiated will be to carry out the following: The establishment of a compulsory health and mutual insurance scheme for La Sagem employees; the nature and scope of the benefits: the membership will be subscribed in the form of a collective membership with compulsory membership, except in cases excluded from the scope provided for by the unilateral decision of the employer.The details of the services are described in the specifications for this consultation, and the proposals will be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the CCNs and amendment(s) attached to the commitment agreement (setting out in particular the minimum repayment guarantees) and with regard to the buyer's wishes in terms of guarantees.
