Description
View Changes The Contractor shall provide Health Insurance Services to Locall Employed Staff (LES) of the U.S. Embassy Port Louis, Mauritius and their eligible family members as further described in the attached Solicitation 19MP1025-R-0001.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at our offices in Rogers House in Port Louis CBD.
This conference will provide an overview of the proposal submission requirements and provide an opportunity for prospective offerors to ask questions.
The pre-proposal conference will be held on Feb 20, 2025 at 10.00 (local time) at the US Embassy, 4th Floor, Rogers House, Port Louis.
Prospective offerors should contact the Procurement Office: Portlouis_Procurement@state.gov no later than February 18, 2025 for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
Proposals are due by March 03, 2025, by 16:00. Absolutely no proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be submitted in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer.
