Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the progressive-design-build of the new health care facility; a "Health Centre of Excellence" at the Dorchester Penitentiary in Dorchester, New Brunswick. The purpose of this RFQ is to allow interested parties to submit their Response, indicating their interest in participating in the Procurement Process and providing their relevant qualifications. Based on these Responses, Canada intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, a shortlist of up to (3) Proponents to participate in the next stage of the procurement process, namely the Request for Proposals ("RFP") stage.
