Description
Qualification Scheme - Free user choice of BPA for users in Sandefjord Municipality. The scheme will have a 10 year duration, starting on 1.9.2022. The objective of the qualification scheme is to organise possibilities for users of BPA (user-administered personal assistance services) to have a real choice of which provider, or the municipality, they want to provide the granted services (user choice). The service shall also ensure that the users are provided the assistance they are granted, in accordance with the Act relating to the municipal health services.Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/168803860.aspx.
Admission to the qualification system does not apply to Public Procurement Regulations. The contract award however, shall be in accordance with the basic requirements in the EEA agreement regarding a non-discrimination, objective, transparency and accountability processAdmission to the system requires that the service providers must comply with the terms in the qualification documentation. Tenderers that fulfil the terms can and are obliged to offer these services to the municipality's inhabitants.Admission to the user choice scheme will occur throughout the entire lifetime of the scheme and with three admission deadlines per year, 3 May (first in 2022), 3 October (first time in 2022) and 3 February (first time in 2023). The last admission to the scheme will be 3 February 2032.Evaluation of applications for admission will initially take place in May 2022, taking effect from 1.9.2022. The application deadline with effect from 1.9.2022 is 3 May 2022, 3 p.m.
