Description
The mission of the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (CAG) is to provide public organizations with the goods and services they need to carry out their functions, with the aim of optimizing government procurement while respecting applicable contractual rules.
The CAG is an organization mandated by institutions to carry out a joint purchasing program on their behalf.
It acts as an agent for these establishments, but is not personally liable to third parties. Each establishment is individually bound by any contract resulting from this call for tenders.
SUBJECT
The Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales wishes to obtain tenders for hygiene and sanitation chemical products, for the benefit of Participating Organizations of the Health Networks, in the delivery regions covered by this notice.
DURATION OF CONTRACT AND DESCRIPTION OF RENEWAL OPTIONS
This agreement is a standing order contract with an initial term of FIFTY-FOUR (54) months. SUPPLIER agrees to a transition period of an additional SIX (6) months.

INFORMATION SESSION
An information session on the Microsoft TEAMS platform is scheduled for September 12 at 2 pm. Details are available in the tender documents.
The purpose of the information session is to review certain aspects of the tender requirements and to answer any questions BIDDERS may have about any aspect of the tender. If additional information or clarification is required, it must be provided in an Addendum.
Failure to participate shall not serve as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of any BIDDER.
Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the requirements described in the tender documents.
No bid bonds are required. No performance bonds are required.
The CAG does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received. The CAG further reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, as it deems appropriate, without liability or claim for any costs or losses incurred by the BIDDERS.
