The purpose of this consultation is to provide training for RSMA-R trainees, to enable them to understand and apply food hygiene methods, to familiarize themselves with the profession's obligations and regulations, to detect critical points and take corrective measures, to understand microbial development and the consequences of food poisoning, to be made aware of the rules of hygiene, safety and cleanliness of premises, and finally to understand the importance of appropriate and rational cleaning.
