Description

With over 42,000 students, the University of Hamburg (UHH) is the largest university in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the largest research and educational institution in northern Germany and one of the largest universities in Germany. Located in the heart of the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the university offers a wide range of courses and excellent research.

The University of Hamburg is conducting an open procedure for a supply service for the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) as the central awarding authority in accordance with §4 VgV.

As part of the Hymspiel sub-project, the aim of the procedure is to procure a plant network consisting of electrolysis (lot 1), hydrogen storage (lot 2) and reconversion (lot 3), which together with an existing, already installed heat pump are to form a newly developed energy supply concept. The technical interconnection of the components is carried out with the hardware of the storage system. On the one hand, the existing buildings at the Technology Center Energy Campus Bergedorf (TEC Bergedorf) and the adjacent Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems (Fraunhofer IWES) are to be integrated and, on the other hand, the connection to the planned new building of the Demonstration Center for Sector Coupling (DZS) is to be technically prepared, simulated as a model and, if possible, technically tested.
