The purchasing system will cover project management and support related to the ICT area. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:— ICT project and programme management as well as project support and assistance,— process management; facilitate processes where the Contracting Authority is responsible for the project,— manage and participate in the preparation of requirements specifications for IT systems,— manage and assist with implementing and rolling out projects, change management,— other project related consultancy services and reviews. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy for the development of e-training courses. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:— developing new E-training courses for employees and users,— adaptation and maintenance of the existing E-training courses,— e-training courses based on 'scorm 1.2', which is provided through a joint digital learning platform at Difi. See https://laeringsplattformen.difi.no/— e-training on other platforms. This purchasing system will cover assistance and support for the implementation, operation, management, advice, and general consultancy services, including:— network monitoring and measuring,— troubleshooting in the network, package capture and analysis of security technologies, (e.g., firewall, IPS/IDS, NAC),— telephony systems and exchanges, call centre systems, etc.,— load balancing and application security.Examples of technology suppliers: CheckPoint, F5, Arista, Cisco, etc. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy related to Office365 and Sharepoint, including but not limited to:— design, development and configuration of the existing and new systems. This purchasing system will cover assistance and support for the implementation, operation, management, advice, and general consultancy services, including, but not limited to:— application facilitation and administration.VirtualisationComputer centre — servers, storage (SAN/local), backupNetwork transport in POD and computer centre (Layer 2/3, Eth/Infiniband, etc.)Database servicesMonitoringIdentity and access managementStand-by, disaster recoveryPrint.Mobile telephone servicesPCs/client servicesExamples of technology suppliers: Citrix, Microsoft, Linux, Oracle, Trend, Symantec. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy related to all areas in the life-course of information.From the development of policies and guidelines within information management to good information administration through planning, organisation, structure, process, checks, evaluation and reports on the entity´s information and the information´s meta data.The aim is to ensure that, through good information management, we facilitate that the entity can, to the greatest possible degree, get good benefit from information in all relevant processes and that this information is of the right quality. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy related to information security. This includes, but is not limited to, the following sub-areas:IT and information security, including consultancy, control system/internal control, personal information protection, follow-up legal requirements, etc.Risk assessments and managementSecurity specific testing, including penetration tests, vulnerability scanning, etc. The system will cover assistance and consultancy related to innovation in regards development projects and IT systems in the administration. This includes, but is not limited to, the following sub-areas:RobotizationMechanical engineering— Chatbot— Internet of thingsTranslate converse system (NLP) The purchasing system shall cover the requirements for assistance and consultancy related to IT architecture. This includes, but is not limited to, the following sub-areas:Enterprise architectureFunctional architecture and designIntergration architecture/interaction architectureInformation and data architecture, including master data managementTOGAF. The system will be used for consultancy services and assistance for system development related to Net technology, but not limited to:Design, architecture, development and configuration of existing platforms and systems. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy related to innovation in regards development projects and IT systems in the administration. This includes, but is not limited to, the following sub-areas:— test management, including test strategy, test planning and reporting,— quality assurance of specified requirements in deliveries; quality and validation management,— technical testing, including capacity testing and stability testing,— method support, consulting and training in testing and test management,— functional test management and testing,— non-functional test management and testing (performance, volume testing),— test automation. The purchasing system will cover assistance and consultancy related to service design. This includes, but is not limited to, the following sub-areas:Service designUsabilityGraphic designFront-end developmentGraphic statistics presentationUniversal designUser test. The system will be used for consulting and contribute to incidental system development in other technologies/programming languages and form development, including, but not limited to:Design, development and configuration of the existing and new platforms.Development of Apps (App development).Micro services. The system will be used for consultancy services and assistance for system development within BI/data warehouse technology, but not limited to:Design, development and configuration of current and new platforms, including (star) modelling.Analyses and reports.ETL competence (Extract, Transform and Load).Biig data.DataVault.Analytics R, Python, SPSS, Power BI, MS Reporting services.T-SQL.PowerShell.Mechanical engineering. The system will be used for consultancy services and assistance for system development within Java technology, but not limited to:Design, architecture, development and configuration of existing and new platforms.
