Description

The jammers will be used to bring drones down or send them back to their launch point by disrupting electronic signals used by the target drones for communication or Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning.

The following features are required: 

  • field programmable with integrated port for software updates
  • disrupt C2 link of controlling drones to descend or return to origin
  • deny GNSS position data being received by the drone
  • compact and lightweight

The bidder may suggest and offer additional features for the offered jammer. In this case, the bidder needs to explain the detailed advantages of those features of the offered jammer.

Terms of payment

The letter of credit will be opened for the full amount of the contract price in favour of the supplier for the complete scope of supply with the following terms of payment.

70% of Cost and Freight (CFR) value will be released after shipment of all items and on submission of necessary documents according to the defence purchasing rules of Bangladesh.

25% of CFR value will be released after successful test and trial jointly carried out by the buyer's representative and supplier's representative and final acceptance of jammers by the purchaser.

The remaining 5% of CFR value will be released after successful completion of the warranty period.

100% cost of factory acceptance test (FAT), local training, test/trial and acceptance will be released after satisfactory completion of each service upon submission of a job completion certificate from the purchaser.

The cost of the tender document is £50.
