Additional Requirements:
Offered space must be contiguous and must be located on the first floor.
Warehouse ceiling height must be a minimum of 12 feet high
Warehouse must be accessible to vehicles at ground level
Secured Parking/Wareyard must be located on site. Secured Parking/Wareyard must have enough room for a truck turning ardius for a 25-foot trailer and must be able to accommodate 4 boats on trailers (max 25 feet).
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
