Description
Architectural Prime Consultant Services is desired for a new seniors apartment complex and commercial space to be built in the Lethbridge area. The facility will be up to a maximum of 4-storey Group C sprinklered design with 45+/- rental units, a mix of 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom suites between 400 – 650 sq ft. It will contain multipurpose common area, shared laundry area(s), secure patio space for tenant use, and underground parking. The main floor is to be space for commercial use.
