Description
G-353 is a recommended grease for sliding heavily loaded steel parts (grooves, screws, racks, etc.). It can be used in a temperature range from - 73 oC to + 121 oC. This grease complies with the DCSEA 354 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-354 is a grease recommended when the loads supported are high and operating temperatures below -50 oC can induce excessive stress for the proper operation of the equipment. It can be used in a temperature range from - 73 oC to + 121oc. This grease complies with the DCSEA 354 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-355 is a grease recommended for use when the surfaces to be lubricated are subjected to relatively slow sliding movements under high loads and when temperatures are below -20°C. It can be used in a temperature range from -40 oC to + 120oc. This grease complies with the DCSEA 355 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-359 is a general purpose high temperature grease recommended for use on landing gear wheels, bearings and slippery surfaces that may have to work at high temperatures. This grease complies with the DCSEA 359 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-361 is a grease recommended for use when temperatures range from -40oc to +177oc, it is particularly suitable for bearings. This grease complies with the DCSEA 361 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-363 is a grease resistant to fuels and methanol-water mixtures, used for the lubrication of valves, pump bearings, valves, etc., usable up to 100 oC. This grease complies with the DCSEA 363 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-366 is a grease used as a general purpose grease for helicopter rotor bearings. This grease complies with the DCSEA 366 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-382 is a grease used when paints, varnishes, elastomers with which the grease can be brought into contact require the use of mineral grease, when temperatures below -20 oC prohibit the use of G-359 grease for mechanisms sensitive to grease hardening. This grease complies with the DCSEA 382 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-392 is a silicone grease for pneumatic systems, intended for the lubrication of rubber-on-metal surfaces in aircraft pneumatic systems. It can be used in the temperature range from - 54 oC to + 93 oC. This grease complies with SAE specification Ams-G-4343a and is subject to approval. The product is either subject to authorization by the SEA (or in the process of being authorized, which must be pronounced no later than the date of award of the contract), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-395 is a synthetic hydrocarbon grease, specifically designed for landing gear and equipment bearings. It can be used in the temperature range from - 54oc to + 177oc. This grease complies with the DCSEA 395 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-414 is a general purpose grease for the lubrication of land vehicle components. This grease complies with the DCSEA 301 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. G-460 is a grease intended for the lubrication of installations immersed in or in contact with seawater. This grease complies with the DCSEA 360 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. Xg-409 is a grease used for lubricating land vehicle components used at high pressures. This grease complies with the DCSEA 301 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either approved by the ATS (or in the process of being approved, with the approval decision to be taken no later than the date of contract award), or technically compliant with the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. Xg-461 is a grease designed to lubricate and protect bare gears, cables and chains subjected to the marine atmosphere. This grease complies with the STM 350 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either subject to admission by the French Navy (or in the process of being admitted, with admission to be pronounced no later than the date of award of the contract), or technically meets the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. Xg-462 is a grease intended for the lubrication of embedded installations subjected to high temperatures. This grease complies with STM 330 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either subject to admission by the French Navy (or in the process of being admitted, with admission to be pronounced no later than the date of award of the contract), or technically meets the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. Xs-64 is a paste used as an anti-seize on any thread exposed to high temperatures. This grease complies with the STM 340 specification and is subject to approval. The product is either subject to admission by the French Navy (or in the process of being admitted, with admission to be pronounced no later than the date of award of the contract), or technically meets the requirements of the reference specifications under the terms of Article R. 2111-11 of the Public Procurement Code. Rg-467 is a grease used for the lubrication of components located on high-pressure air circuits and circuits for super-oxygenated mixtures. It complies with the commercial reference kluberalfa gr y vac 3. Rg-468 is a grease used for the lubrication of installations and components immersed in or in contact with sea water. It complies with the commercial reference jet marine. Rg-470 is a grease used for the general lubrication of the 76 mm artillery used in Forbin-type air defence frigates of the French Navy. It complies with commercial reference TW 25 B. Rg-471 is a grease used for the general lubrication of the bearings of the CDG aircraft carrier. It complies with the commercial reference kluberquiet bq 72-72. Rg-1354 is a grease used in saline environments and when the loads supported are high and when operating temperatures below -50 oC can induce excessive stress for the proper functioning of the equipment. Has very good rust protection properties. It complies with the commercial reference nycogrease GN 148. Zg-415 is a grease used for the lubrication of TELMA retarders in land vehicles. It complies with the TELMA qualification. Zg-421 is a grease used for greasing the crutches of Hetek containers. It complies with NATO AFLP 7101 / section 2 standard. Rg-367 is a lubricating paste used to lubricate the splines of the SA 330 helicopter connecting shaft. It complies with the Molykote commercial reference g-rapid plus paste spray.
