The Labor Directorate currently has the Google Maps API that allows the operation of the Port Labor Compliance System SCNLP, Complaint Entry and now adds the Inspection Management System SGI implemented by the Labor Directorate. The Google Maps API or equivalent is required to allow the continuity of operation of the mentioned applications, without risk of unavailability of the service or additional developments. It should be considered that these applications must be permanently available, in the case of SCNLP it must be operational 247, since it is related to the marking system of port workers and also in the case of the Complaint Entry, which is used daily by labor assistants in the Labor Inspections for the entry of workers' complaints. The current support and license expiration date is November 16, 2024.
The renewal of 1 Google Maps API License or equivalent and its support is required for a period of 12 months or the duration of 1,000,000 credits as of November 17, 2024.
