Description
GMSH manages the properties of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, which are divided into four regional property management areas: North, Kiel, West and Southeast. The subject of the tender is the annual maintenance of heating supply systems in various properties of the state of Schleswig-Holstein in accordance with the pipe directory and work map. The service locations are distributed throughout the state of Schleswig-Holstein. A list with the exact service locations can be found in the tender documents. All services including wages, travel costs and all ancillary services are to be included in the tender price. This maintenance contract entitles the client to make use of an emergency service. A 24/7 emergency service must be provided and organized from the start of the term in the event of emergencies (e.g. gas leaks, heating failures, pipe bursts, heating failures). The response time for the emergency service is 3 hours. Emergency service assignments are remunerated separately.

Repair measures are not part of this tender. Consumables, wearing parts and small/spare parts up to a total net value of 25 ? per maintenance and system are covered by the maintenance fee. Materials such as service kits, filter inserts, nozzles, seals, etc. which are required for maintenance are to be invoiced via LV item I3. A purchase receipt must be enclosed with the invoice for materials with a purchase value of over 100 ? The contractor must inform the client of any identified repair requirements and, after consultation, submit an offer with wage, material and travel costs. The contractor shall receive a separate order for these repair measures.
