Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2024/8934. A site visit is scheduled on Friday 13 December 2024 1t 14.00 hours at Fort George Power Station, Mer Rouge Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 20 January 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 20 January 2024 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 22 January 20243 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 22 January 2024 as from 13.45 hours.   Conference Room 3rd Floor (New Building), CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepipe   The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
