Description

1) The subject of the contract is: Indirect overhaul of the JMS 316 GS-B/-.LC CHP module with an output of 828 kW after 90,000 hours of work with the supply of spare parts and consumables necessary for the overhaul. Delivery of spare parts and consumables for maintenance after 94,000, 96,000 and 98,000 hours of work by the JMS 316 GS-B/-.LC CHP module with an output of 828 kW. Delivery of spare parts and consumables for maintenance after working 10,000, 12,000, 14,000 hours by cogeneration module JMS 312 GS-N.L of 500 kW.2) The scope of the order includes the implementation of a complete overhaul of the main intermediate and generator (generator) and start-up of the cogeneration module operating on the premises of the Wastewater Treatment Plant "Warta" S.A. in Częstochowa at ul. Srebrna 172/188.3) (a) 90 000 hours each and listed in Annex 11 to To ToR; (b) 94 000, 96 000 and 98 000 hours each and listed in Annex 12 to the ToR; (c) 10 000, 12 000 and 14 000 hours each and listed in Annex 13 to the ToR.4) The contractor must have access to original spare parts and consumables of the CHP module manufacturer necessary for the execution of the order.5) All parts must be in accordance with the technical documentation and requirements of the CHP module manufacturer and provide warranty for the whole unit.6)) Original spare and operating parts shall be understood as factory new spare parts and operating materials of the cogeneration module manufacturer.7) The subject of the order includes replacement of all wear and tear parts, equipment elements of the cogeneration module being overhauled and the current generator (generator) consisting in replacement of the voltage regulator with a digital one.8) The Customer requires the overhaul of the cogeneration module consisting of increasing the mechanical power of the Pm engine and as a result of this increase in electrical power of the Pel not less than 30 kW.9) All parts listed in the scope of the intermediate overhaul become the property of the Customer after the overhaul.10) If an incorrect condition of the main shaft is found by the Contractor and additional scope is required, the Contractor will present a detailed expert opinion and propose a solution that will ensure the return of the cogeneration module to work after the inspection.11) The Contractor gives a warranty for the service and replacement of the parts used during the repair works.12) The Contractor will provide the Customer with a warranty for the parts used in the implementation of the contract for a minimum period of 24 months.13) The warranty will cover the entire scope of the service and all parts used by the Contractor.14) Conditions for carrying out service work on the intermediate main repair and delivery of spare parts and consumables for the inspection after working 90 000 moto hours.a) Service work on the machine should be carried out in accordance with the procedures of the intermediate main repair after 90 000 moto hours for CHP modules type JMS 316 GS-B/-.LC.b) Start of service work by the Contractor will be possible only after delivery and protocol approval by the Ordering Party of a set of parts in accordance with Appendix 11 no later than 7 days from signing the contract.c) The Ordering Party shall set a deadline in writing to the Contractor no later than 7 days before the commencement of the main indirect overhaul.d) The time of the overhaul works (cogeneration module stoppage) may not be longer than 14 working days.e) All works related to transport, loading, unloading shall be performed by the Contractor by his own means.f) All installation works related to the overhaul shall be performed by the Contractor by his own means.The detailed scope of the order is described in the ToR Chapter III.
