By the present notice, the Centre de services scolaires de Montréal (CSSDM) invites bids for the following call for tenders:

Title: Inspection and maintenance of generators

Purpose of contract: The purpose of this call for tenders is to request the services of a specialized contractor to perform, on a fixed-price basis, maintenance and, on an hourly basis, repair and troubleshooting of generator sets in CSSDM schools. In addition, the contractor must provide a breakdown service, at an hourly rate, by a specialized technician.

Renewal options : The Agreement shall come into force on the date mentioned in the Notice of Award or, failing that, on the day on which the Notice of Award is issued to the SERVICE PROVIDER by the PUBLIC BODY, without further notice or formality, it being understood, however, that if it is the subject of a subsequent signing session, its effective date shall become the day of such signing. The agreement will be subject to two one-year renewal options.

Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a paper bid are asked to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the day of the opening. A representative of the Procurement Office will be on hand to receive bids from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The CSSDM will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders by 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. Each bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included with the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner.

It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100 Sherbrooke Street East, 1st floor, Montreal, Quebec, H1V 3R9 on the date and at the time stipulated in this call for tenders, and delivered by hand to the Procurement Office.

It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.

Visitor parking is available for those wishing to submit paper documents.

Tenderers may contact the person in charge for any information they may require. The CSSDM does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
